Some evolutions are weird. This is how we handle them on Unstuck in Time.Pokémon with branching evolutions that do not require items (such as Tyrogue or Wurmple) simply evolve into whichever evolved form you desire after they reach the appropriate level.
Location-based evolutions such as Eevee into Glaceon or Magnemite into Magnezone have equivalent items to be used on them which can be purchased on the forum.
Pokémon that evolve only by trading can use a special item for evolution. No trading is needed.
Pokémon that evolve due to an item simply need to have the item used on them. Like with evolutionary stones, these items are consumed on use, but they can also be used as held items if you do not need it to evolve a Pokémon or if you want to wait to use the item to evolve a Pokémon.
Pokémon that evolve by time of day defer to other means of evolving and do not have time restrictions on when they can evolve. For example, Riolu evolves in the games during the day when its happiness is at a certain amount. Instead, Riolu would evolve on Unstuck in Time if a Heart Scale (used to induce happiness evolutions) were used on it.
Eevee can evolve into Umbreon through a Dusk Stone, Espeon through a Dawn Stone, and Sylveon through a Shiny Stone. You do not need to level an Eevee up at a certain time or day or teach it a Fairy-type move to get it to evolve.
Pokémon that evolve only by happiness/friendship can use a Heart Scale to evolve.
Shedinja is a unique evolution case. When a Nincada evolves into Ninjask, it "sheds" a Shedinja. When this happens, you may simply add a Shedinja to your character's profile that is of the same level and that has the same attacks as the Nincada that shed it.
Mantyke evolves into a Mantine if a Water Stone is used on it (as opposed to needing a Remoraid in the party).
Feebas evolves into a Milotic if a Prism Scale is used on it (as opposed to needing to increase Beauty above a certain point).
Sliggoo evolves into a Goodra if a Water Stone is used on it (as opposed to needing rain) at or after level 50.
Pancham evolves into a Pangoro if a Dusk Stone is used on it (as opposed to needing a Dark-type Pokémon in the party).
Inkay evolves into a Malamar if a Water Stone is used on it after level 30 (as opposed to holding your computer upside down or something equally stupid but equivalent).
